Free Standing Work Station Bridge Cranes Free-standing crane is widely used in the situation that its top is unable to carry on the lifting. Under normal circumstances, the installation should be performed on reinforced concrete ground or floor which is more than 150mm in thickness. In order to reach a larger span for bridge, the main girder usually adopts reinforced track. Trussed type track can increase the distance between suspensions. Therefore, there’s no need to use I-bridges which is parallel to the runway. Also installation becomes much easier, and more time-saving in this way.
Gantry-type standing structure/ No coss-beam type
cross-beam gantry structure is used on the occasion when there are
heavy overhead cranes on top. They can lift together for material
handling and improve production efficiency.
